Bid on my RB, sounded quite normal, but raised the price on the day and started kicking off a bit. I offered to compromise, but she just blanked me: wasted the  cost of a hotel room. Did slightly feel like a tactic to squeeze me once I was booked.

This sounds more like a review if so, and she be posted as a review.

I know AW feedback in terms of quality is rubbish, but at least one of her feedback is from a reputable punter.

+1 please review.  You don't have to be definitive and can frame it as a neutral.   It will show in the aggregate, be easier to find and leave potential visitors forewarned.
