In my view it’s about building up and seeing what you enjoy or not. So a bit of self play is probably a decent starting point (start small and be patient). Maybe this is where I've gone wrong. I've tried self play with a pretty big dildo, so I know I can 'take it' (and enjoy it), and gotten off to TS porn. Definitely be careful. I tried it with a WG who advertised it.
