Yes many times. I've seen a new one start probably 5 or 6 times in the year and a half or so I've been here. Type a few key words into the search box like 'why started punting' etc and you'll get some leads

A guy makes one mistake... and every one starts to take the piss..
I took one half of a 13" dildo, and all of a sudden everyone wants to watch me take it again..
