Back on topic (kind of) albeit this has been done before - I’m all for escorts having as many safety tools at their disposal as possible. It’s a potentially very risky job and if they can keep themselves safe, weed out the wrong uns and even get them locked up then that’s to the benefit of us all. Even just looking at it from a purely punting perspective, if an escort is happy and comfortable by feeling safe, then service levels are going to be more positive.

Scutty made a good point earlier that sadly the most coerced, controlled and vulnerable escorts are less likely to have access to these services and it’s them that would benefit the most. The more aware all escorts are about these tools, the better. And if a punter has any real fear of being on any list then I’d suggest that they take a good look at themselves as you don’t get on them for nothing (caveat - a very few occasions of a disgruntled escort being vindictive and making false accusations).

It could be so much more - a central contact / help point for all sex workers, not just an educated few.
It could usefully be a one-stop-shop help point, listing contacts for SW support groups across the country. Or listing regional police contacts.
They have a full page listing links to helpful advice. Not one is linked to advice on how to report or escape from trafficking or human slavery. That's the biggest danger facing working women in the UK, and they ignore it. That needs to be their main focus, presented multilingually  - Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, Spanish, Portugese, Romanian, Albanian, Russian, Hungarian for starters.
At the moment any non-English speaking sex worker doesn't seem to matter

My occasional visits to SAAFE have only underlined that punting is not rocket science. If everyone (punter and escort) makes an effort to be clean, punctual, polite, sober and straight about the cash, life goes swimmingly 95% of the time.
