Hi all
Been having problems for a couple of days logging in on both my iPhone and PC. I keep getting a message saying 'incorrect Turing numbers' sometimes they are hard to read but mostly straightforward so I am confident I have entered the correct ones. I have tried to reset my password, doesn't work. Any other help would be appreciated?

Do you have num lock on on your computer, you may feel you are typing the correct ones but number are typing instead.

Maybe open notepad and test your keys !

Maybe try a password reset then try again !

Are you using tor? If it send out the http request via multiple routes then the backend may not be able to march the answer with the image
