I did see his previous review, which is why I queried that this was not a recent meet? Most people would have either tacked the new profile onto an existing review, or posted in the regional discussion section.

Edit: I realise that you may have posted after this was moved from reviews (which was when I queried this) to regional discussion (not by me, and correct to move it). So presumably the context of my original post didn’t make any sense to you? But maybe if you knew I posted when it was in reviews, my post makes sense?
