She got straight to the point and asked if I was interested in PPM. I was happy to, so I offered her 250 to meet at her place (she said she was not comfortable doing the first meet at mine)

I did make the mistake of somehow giving her an impression that 250 is a "2 hour cost" after I asked her if I could do a one hour meet later that week and she asked if I could give her 125 , not sure how, probably because I stayed for just two hours on the first meet as I was quite tired from a rather intense party session the previous night. I didn't want to turn this into an hourly thing, so I've been delaying another meet

I think you may be able to negotiate a lower ppm cost (which I assume is 3-4 hours generally? ) as she seems to be running out of money quite ofren.
