A few people have said it. One girl who is also a friend of hers said this too and also that he recently paid for a trip to vegas for them both too.

I don't really agree. If you are getting something paid for you, its likely you will accept. As we know, his behaviour was way beyond normal.  But he may have stepped it up a gear.
