Suggestions/recommendations M5/M6

I'm travelling up the M5/M6 tomorrow - Bristol to Preston - and would like to stop off for 30 minutes of R&R.  Preferably not too far far off the motorway.

Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a decent service provider age 30 - 55 into GFE with OWO and rev oral.
Price range £60-£80?
