Um as a heavy porn user in the past I never encountered any 'extreme porn' videos. Generally one finds the more extreme porn when one is looking for it. Perhaps with these cases they were looking for it - didn't like it and wanted to report it.
Anyone making videos with animals should be shot full stop. Although the term extreme porn is too broad and could encompass many things.
