Can anyone recommend a WG in the West Midlands area who can give a real masage? I have run a search on AW but I doubt that most that offer massage actuality know how to do a proper job.

My top choice for what you are after would be YNA (marina) up in Erdington, can't find an active link for her, so not sure she's still working  next best for your requirements would be Sammy IMO!
