I set aside about £400 pm for punting. I rarely pay more than £150 for a single session, unless it's a repeat. I received a £12K bonus, and I thought I'd spend it all on punting, I seem to be about £7K in profit

   I go for the lower priced girls but some times splash out getting the odd "drink" and cash payment helps one punt during week and 2-3 at weekend  suppose about 10percent  If I treat myself it might be more but my punts are the 40-60 quid and £20 walk ups

Dunno percentage but pretty much all of my disposable income, which isn't a lot.
