please can some confirm what the process it for requesting a new username as I've completed the form and also sent a message to admin (head1) but had no reply

please can some confirm what the process it for requesting a new username as I've completed the form and also sent a message to admin (head1) but had no reply

How long have you given them to get back to you? The form states you should allow 12 hours, but considering how busy they must be, surely you could wait 24 to 48 hours?

I filled the form out on 6th Sept and sent a email yesterday morning to admin
