Hi,

Just tried to log into AW but got message saying "Password Un-verified. Trouble is I can't remember my e-mail address. I logged in yesterday without any problems.

Any advise would be appreciated.

I'm having trouble with AW too.
I cant log in using the phone app but I can if going through the Main Site.
Keeps telling me I have entered the wrong Turin letters, but they were not prompted for.
Give it a while it will probably sort itself out.

Mines working now.
Took 24 hours plus to rectify itself though.

You were lucky not to have lost the AW account. They were having a purge earlier in the year and anyone who hadn't logged in for a while had their accounts suspended. Anyone who didn't resurrect them in a month or so had them deleted.
