How the hell do you send a private message on this site?

All newbies have this facility switched off, when they join. You have to prove yourself to be a genuine punter, who contributes to the
threads and discussions on WGs, before Admin will allow you access to PMs.

This keeps out touts, trolls, pimps, WGs, etc from bombarding the established members with PMs.

I have been going round in circles trying to figure this out. Thought I must be thicker than i usually am!

It isn't published, and does change when admin feels it to be necessary. The key triggers are number of posts, and number of reviews. But overall, only around 10% of members have access at present
