I work for a refurb company The Golden Rule . if this is found out they always get rid of tennats  start procedings right away. I am not a lawer but the govner of my firm has tried to explain to me and landlords the imoral earnings law and the fact that its one of the few times property can be taken by authorities a few landlords have joked about putting up rent or benifts to him but its taken pretty seriously by councils and police... hope there a lawyer on here that can explain simply
