I suspened my AW profile, over a month ago, I went to reactvate it yesterday, but it says after a month accounts are deactivated by admin.
Do I have to open a new one now?

I deleted mine during the Covid lockdowns. To open a new account, I had to give admin a reason why. Then I was told I would need to select a new user name.
