Minor digression - how did you find your "success rate" in Amsterdam of decent punts / service providers?  I always struggled as looks were never any guarantee of service.

I've been punting a long time and when I was younger I would often punt multiple times on the same day - but spontaneously, not planned. I still would if the mood took me.
