As far as I am concerned, "pre-op transsexual", simply means a man who wishes he was a woman, and tries to pretend he is in the way he conducts his life. I have no problem with that . OK chaps, let get serious now, aside from the accusations of people being homophobic, or any other kind of phobic; what's blindingly obvious, to me, is that there is a need for information on seeking services from T-girls.
