Hi all,

Just wanted to find out if anyone has been to TPC in the last two days?

They were closed until 3 September as per their website. Then the rota was posted on Sunday ... but now the website has been down since yesterday. I wanted to pay a visit but now I am wondering if they are gone. Sent a text to the usual numbers - no reply.

Would be good to know if anyone has any info. Thanks

Over the years it’s moved location many times. They moved again this year so not sure the current location. Usually in some building around Hyde Park, Paddington, Edgeware Road etc.

Now that it’s gone, we might never know unless it resurfaces.

I was never fortunate enough to experience LMP. I gather there were a few weeks before it moved from the original venue to Edgeware road.

I’ve been to TPC since Hyde Park days and there was a short gap/holiday between Hyde Park and a reversion to Edgeware Road.

Either they will surface in the same location or in another. Fingers crossed it’s soon as there’s no other decent parties out there. Rebecca Ryder throws some but they are by far sub-standard IMHO. Of course others might disagree

When I called to enquire to book on the day previously in last 2 months I was always told they were fully booked all day even on the hottest days

I don't think you are right. If you were then I'm sure they'd have used the summer break to think things over and then stopped. On Sunday they published a new rota for this week.

I'm hoping they just failed to renew their website subscription and that's the reason you get a third party holding page when you type in the Phoenix domain name.

I do hope they will be back

I have not attended in a couple of years, and no doubt we will find out in due course if they are still running. That said, as with some girls who just "disappear" I would have thought it more professional to give their clients either a heads up (i) "we plan to close the business on XXX date" or (ii) we are taking a break and will be back XXX date or (iii) have a message on the old site saying they have in fact closed. But to just say nothing is pretty unprofessional in my view. If they have gone, then maybe an opportunity for another provider to do daily parties, or maybe 2 - 3 times a week which could result in better attendance.

I've been to lady ms more times than I can remember when they first started out in Paddington, even played with Emma. But lately it's been full of lads who know each other and they egg each other on. It totally changed when the new fella took over from moss. I fear they are gone . No reply from all phones and no reply to dms to their daughters on twitter and Instagram.

Done a quick check on the domain registrar and looks like it doesn't expire until 01/12/2018. So the owner has taken the site down?

It's a shame if they have packed up. I know members have been critical since the re-invention from Lady Marmalade (which I never been to) for decline in services, but there are currently hardly any decent options for gangbang parties in London. Hope the Phoenix will arise (again) under a different guise, competition can only be a good thing for the scene.

So if they have truly gone are there any other alternatives people might recommend. I’ve only done LMP and TPC as they seemed the most legit.

OMG, i went to the new location near Baker yesterday evening, how the mightly have fallen over the past few years !!. This new place to be honest is a complete shithole !!... and the general ambience of the place matched the surroundings. Things to note:-
.
- No place to store your valuables away from rest of the guests (just have to place them on floor in one of the bedrooms which is then used) and with people just coming and going without any checks don't take more than you need to.
- Rooms very small with very poor quality beds.
- No robes given now.
- No food or drink provided.
- no music so a total lack of atmosphere
- Last nights party overbooked (must be trying to claw back some of the money lost in past few weeks
- A lot of changes from the published line-up

Would i want to keep visitng and paying £160 for this.... easy answer NO.... and a number of other guests agreed the same with a number leaving well before the end of the party.

Haven't been for ages and was thinking about going again soon, no robes don't bother me but the rest of it sounds absolutely shit

Please post a review. After I posted my negative there was a notable increase in service because they got bashed. Looks like it’s time to remind them how things need to be done

Less girls on the rota. No Monday parties. No Saturday parties. Less than 5 girls on some days. Shit location/venue + everything else highlighted above. End of an era.

Does not need to be the end of an era! The way I see it, if you enjoy this business model, then patronise it and work with it to improve. I like the setup and prefer to be supportive, not dismissive. Really don't see alternatives out there - we'll miss it when it's gone.

I agree completely. It's tough enough running an ordinary business from a residential location. One where the neighbours are bound to object can only be ten times harder. If it's £160 for four girls over two hours that's pump and dump rates and the phoenix/LMP girls are much, much more up for it than you'll find in a walk-up.

So, can someone confirm if they have moved away from the Edgeware Road location?

I'm thinking of going this coming week, and looked at the agenda - it seems very similar to last weeks. Also, there seems to be just a handful of girls who repeat on various days, as opposed to the large variety which was on offer previously.
I'm a fan of these parties and hope things are not going downwards. There was a spell earlier this year when TPC upped their game and made some great improvements and there was that old vibe and party feel. I'll check it out this week.

The general tone is unfriendly, both the girls and people in charge; I couldn't relax because there's nowhere to stack valuables safely and I didn't fancy my laptop and/or wallet vanishing; and the beds buckle in the middle and didn't seem very clean. A hopeless, mean-spirted and sorry operation compared to the old Marmalade Party days and i shan't be going back.

Can you please post a review? if someone doesn’t then this will get overlooked as not everyone reads this section.

Sounds to me like Em is no longer running things or around and therefore standards have dropped.

I wouldn’t ever resurrect the LMP memories because less than six months the service was reportedly great so something clearly has changed.

Can you confirm location moved from Edgware Road to Baker Street?

Post a review. Your comments do no reflect my own experiences. For example, you're offer the option for valuables to safely be stored and have always found girls to be accomadating. It's been months since I last attended so remarks would suggest a dramatic decline

If this is correct and girls are becoming unfriendly too I don't see this business lasting anymore than a few weeks.

I've just looked at their website and they seem to be back to the full rosta of (advertised) girls this week, baring Saturday and also seem to be taking bookings for Christmas and New Years!

Rang up this morning. Can confirm the location has changed to Baker Street. I am going to make some assumptions and you can do with them as you see fit...

One - they shut for a while during summer ... undoubtedly to move
Two - the website went down ... assume to transfer between hosting providers or rather who is paying for the hosting if Em has cut from the business
Three - standards have dropped and the two times I called an EE lady answered based on accent so I assume the business has been sold and I don’t expect any improvement

Maybe the new owners... if indeed em has cut .. will read our comments and make improvements but my guess is they don’t have the motivation, experience nor financial clout of Em (who I suspect owned that Edgware Road property given that TPC twice moved to there) to make the business what it once was.

Until someone reports marked improvements in service, I’ll give it a miss. Shame though, was really looking forward to a party recently

One is probably correct.
Two - possibly - but Em still has her photo on the website, so if a change of ownership has occurred then, I would have though she would remove that.
Three - It is not un-common for the helper (Barbara/other) to answer the phones, so this could be a red-herring.

I don't think Em owned the Edgware Road property - TPC moved there twice, but it was at a different property!

I'll have to pay a visit myself and see how things are.

Would indeed be great to hear from someone that has actually been there recently. I’m just adding my 2 cents so we can suss our what really is going on.

For what it’s worth - maybe all the drama over valuables etc. are just kinks to be ironed out post-move. It might just be a matter of time before usual services resume
