B2B & HR in Plymouth

I will be on holiday in Plymouth with the OH for a few days next week. Hoping to slip away from her for some relief. Looking for B2B with HR. Don’t mind parlour or indie.
Spotted this one which is close to our hotel. Anyone know if it is any good? If not any recommendations in the city centre.

I believe the connection between them is purely marketing/advertising,  i.e. one enterprising Chinese speaking person acts as an intermediary on behalf of the individual non-English speaking shop owners.

Expect all shops to offer similar services though.
