No. All that would prove is she didn't respond to you.  She might be fake or she might have decided too ignore your email as she was already busy, wasn't working the day you wanted, didn't like something about your email or is just too lazy to respond

Well, profiles where there is no feedback about a meet happening and e-mails are read but never responded to (genuine e-mail which enquire about availability that is), do generally turn out to be fake. The feedback that is eventually left for that profile mentions that it is a fake (before the profile then hides the feedback).

So much AW feedback is fake none of it is worth a light. As I have long said so many use the same language for it to be a coincidence. Just one example check out the frequent use of the word 'wow'.  I mean who actually says this outside of American comics?
