One lady with 2 profiles is a reason for reporting to AW under the 'authentic' word at the lower left corner of the screen and also into the AW SCAM thread on here.

I think, but not 100% sure, they can only tell if you email them.
It shows next to the senders name with the amount of profiles you have eg. apunter (2). clicking the number will show the usernames, how many emails sent, how many bookings made for each account.
