This is true but I think the original question was more about the vigorous nature of the wanking.

I have a different opinion to the op of why so vigorous. Porn stars as well as physical characteristics require to
- Get very hard quickly
- Don't cum quickly
- Be able to cum on demand

Black Bottle is to me a good albeit cheap blend. TBH a great blend is better than a bad single malt, loads of great ones, but the prices are on par with single malts. For both they only start to get interesting when you go past the £50 mark.

 on occasions it was bit of a chore and took some effort to pop

as already stated i think most that have frequent  sex sessions  encounter a similar experience

simply cutting back on sex and wanking or completely stopping for a period will get the sensitivity back
unless you have some nerve damage on your knob that has permanently desensitized it to an extent

the various potions , snake oils and home remedies out there claiming to return some sensitivity is a mine field
 some have validity others complete BS

a bit of research and trial and error to see what works for the individual is in order
as sadly very little evidence is available on what truly works for the application at hand

Dr Fox sell Vitaros cream but in spite of the price and the hassle, their figures suggest it’s not as good as trusty blue stuff. (Medically it’s one of the ‘second-line therapies’ for men who draw blanks with viagra.)

Vitaros (Alprostadil) is trying to give you a wood irrespective of a stimulus, whereas arginine-based cream is trying to make your cock more sensitive to stimulus.
