Hi Folks, new here and looking for my first punt on AW.

In short - I've been off the dating scene for some years as I've just not been interested in women but looking to get back out there and literally looking to shake the cobwebs off before maybe meeting somebody.

Can anybody give me any info you may feel will help with my nerves or what I should/shouldn't be looking for?

Seriously, your request is far too vague and generalised to generate a serious response. And, as I am surprised someone hasn’t already pointed out, there is loads of info on the advice pages of this forum  if you can be bothered to read it.
