any one having problems login in too aw
all i keep getting is
I am getting a message '... inconsistency with your session credentials ..'
can any one help please
i have tried f5 like it says on the aw help page
with no joy

Not me just tried, logged in no problem so can't help I'm afraid.

...got an AW email advising I logged in with a new device today. Been logging in with same device for about a week with no such message.

If you look on AW at MY DETAILS there is a DROPDOWN and the last item is LOG IN HISTORY.

Take a look.

While you're at it, would you try turning 2020 OFF and ON again to see if we can get it back to normal
