I agree that Paula has a good phone manner, but the point of an agency is to advertise the girls on their books. The way Paula operates is bad for the girls and for the punters. When I raised the issue of the website with Paula about a year ago, she said it was down to an inefficient web manager. There's a simple answer to that: Get another one!

Agree Paula seems friendly and efficient but the website isn't updated . And if girls like isabella continue to give at best disinterested service then clients will walk . IMO they didn't go downhill immediately after original owner died. I can't recall the name of the woman who ran it after that, but she was very efficient and kept the site updated. It's since Paula took over about 3 years ago that things have gone downhill.
