Agencies not seeing new clients

So I don't tend to use agencies that often and have only used one in the past which was a few years ago. So a few days ago I tried calling an agency to ask for a recommendation for a girl that I could see and they asked if I was a regular client of the agency to which I said no and they said that they only take bookings from regulars.

WTF!? What kind of business model is that? Does that apply to every agency? And if it does, how can new clients ever use them? It doesn't make sense to me, for example, if I went to my local Domino's for a pizza and they said to me that they only serve regulars, they would never get any customers or make any business. It sounds very strange to me as a business model unless I'm missing something.

Why worry about how they run their business? If you have money in your pocket you can spend it anywhere, there's plenty who will take it from you willingly without having to jump through hoops.

I'm not worried about how they run the business. The question I was asking was is this common with most agencies now? I could quite easily call another agency but if they are going to say the same thing then that's an issue as it prevents new clients from using the agency.  As I said, I have only used one agency in the past which I had no problems with but if this is a growing trend then it's not very good news.

The next time I call an agency and if they say the same thing I will let you guys know. It's a shame because AW is shit at the moment and I was looking at other avenues of finding a good escort to see and thought I would try an agency again, but if they're all only letting regulars see girls as well then I guess the world is turning to shit.

Maybe agencies have changed policy temporally  due to some unhinged nut case on the loose causing harm...

the answer is surely one of two things

- they picked up something from the Op that they didn't like and therefore we putting him off

- or as Strawberry said, they genuinely are busy and are not looking for any new business at this time as they can't keep up with existing customer's demands. Maybe they too are finding it difficult to find good WG's (to work for them)!

Out of the 32 girls on Bijoux's gallery, only 6 are showing as available tonight.  So I suspect that this is the reason, they are struggling to satisfy existing customers.

There is at least one Asian agency who I understand will only take bookings from existing customers for new girls.  Again, due to the shortage of new talent.

Olina restricts access to new talent to regulars (who also get a discounted rate on all bookings).  This kind of inducement likely influences the tally an agency aquires on UKP (and probably enhance its profits).   It's bad enough that many UKPers don't review because of laziness or privacy concerns but some may not review for fear of losing privileges. 
Pretty sure the other Asian agencies (did) keep records, can't recall if they offer discounts.  The popular EE agencies also (used to) keep records and offer discounts.
