How to add a photo when starting a new topic?

Hi, Can anyone say how to add a photo from pc to this forum page when starting a new topic?

You can't upload a picture directly to the site, you must first upload it to imageshack or something.

Then click the icon with the mona lisa in it giving you [img)(/img] (but all square brackets). Pop the image link within the brackets and there you go 

e.g. [img)www.linktoyourimage.com(/img]
