Pretty sure you can get pulled off at all of them. I dont use the one in Bakersfield as I don't care for the lack of discreet entrance. Just a personal preference.

Usually hand relief. More is sometimes on offer but for silly money.

Tempted to give it a go but not sure how many thai massage and wank places one needs to sample. They're all broadly the same nowadays
