Just for clarity: She can confirm the booking immediately after the booking request has been made (it is a confirmation of booking, not a confirmation the punt completed), but neither can leave feedback until after the punt time has elapsed.
This must be what happened to allow OP to leave negative feedback (rather than neutral) after a punt that did not take place.
Yes, my understanding is there seems to be a couple of 'status' with an AW booking.....
Nothing, where the booking request has been read but not actioned.
Scheduled, where the booking has been acknowledged.
Confirmed, where the booking is confirmed regardless of whether the punt has gone/goes ahead or not.
I believe you can only do feedback after the punt time elapses, and ONLY if it is confirmed.
I may be wrong of course......
