If you do a AW search on the full location string given (Harrow, Wembley, Watford, Sudbury, , Kenton) including the poor editing, you'll find 4 profiles: 3 cheap Hungarians all at £60/hr (a couple of them offering BB to boot) and the one you're asking about. You can work it out for yourself.
