Were you a new client to the agency? Agencies normally profile regular clients from what the SP tells them, for example when I used Diva for a brief period in the past before realising they were terrible value for money, they knew I was black even though I never told them. If you are a regular that is poor from the agency end to be honest to not notify you whilst booking.
