No more adultwork alternative suggestions?
This question does come up from time to time - perhaps more regularly now as punters get more disillusioned with AW and realise it short comings.
The short answer is there is no alternative to AW, not on the same scale anyway and the lack of loads of suggestions answers the question.
I've had a look at some of the suggestions in the past, like Adultway, but they only have a fraction of the number of prossies, those they do have are usually already on AW and the search facilities are generally a lot worse than AW.
I used to look at
External Link/Members Only but it's hardly changed in the last 5 years and has sod all content.
AW is full of faults but it is the best we have in terms of numbers and searching ability. An alternative on the same scale would be very welcome but it would have to be in direct competition with AW to have any effect. If an alternative followed the same money grabbing routine as AW then we would get even more fakes and scams.
Of course as UKP continues to grow we become the go to place for separating the good from the bad.
