This is not very negative, but the main point is that she doesn't have an Aussie (or even British, for that matter) accent. I know she might still be Australian but I think many people will see her expecting the accent. As such the profile is misleading.
This is why she doesn't answer the phone!

Service felt efficient, not passionate. But not many girls could make it feel like they weren't just in it for the money. I know I couldn't.

Whatever she is, it's misleading to say she's Australian. You expect a sunny blonde Aussie with an accent from Neighbours and what you get is a run of the mill Euro chick with very average service.
