There are lots of top quality girls out there- unfortunately you haven't found them yet. I would go back to basics, do some good research, read reviews on here.

Avoiding Vivastreet and parlours is also key.
Read the reviews and comments, book for an hour, book someone who charges a fair bit for your geographic region, book one who kisses and receives oral. This all works for many many people.
