I do think Thailand really might well be a good first 'ultimate' experience for you. Just check out the dedicated threads using the search function as well as threads like this on mistakes and things. It's all pretty straightforward, the girls bombard you and will mostly appear enthusiastic. There's plenty of variation even within BKK -- probably some videos on youtube as to what to expect.
I don't want to do FKKs down, they are an interesting option, something different for the seasoned traveller. Large, luxurious spa-type establishments, often with receptions like a 5-star hotel. The atmosphere is pretty sedate compared to Thailand. You pay to go in and pay again to have a private session with one of the girls. A large number of girls are wandering about, generally naked, and generally a bit bored looking (many speak much less English than the average Thai SP). The highlight can almost be whether the free food is any good. But having that sort of institution plus Western culture I suppose is not to be sniffed at.
I am a little biased. Thailand was my first big punting trip, many many years ago. You've got sunshine, a beach in some destinations (not BKK or Chiang Mai), world class tourist attractions and photo-ops worth putting on your living room wall, but most of all the punting, a party atmosphere that keeps you reeling. You will also get a GFE experience in Thailand easier than in Germany (I've had to 'lose' overnighters at a market sometimes to get rid of them). It can take most people quite a few years to see through the act – a job it well might be, but a lot of them throw themselves into with gusto and emotion.
