Rating this experience neutral, as the first half of the meet wasn't too bad and I also knew what I was getting myself into with a 15min booking, obviously the reason why I haven't gave a positive rating is because of the hygiene issue, regardless of the duration of the booking it is my belief both parties should be clean for a pleasant experience.
