Indeed. Most people over 40 will be put off by that (rightly so) and most under 40 would want to see someone younger or at least someone who's better rated (both on AW and here) or cheaper.
Fair play to her for stating her preference though, it's better than saying nothing and then delivering poor service. Indeed one could even argue that anyone over 40 who sees her and has a bad/disappointing time would only have themselves to blame (even though that would be unfair).
