Did you read your own post title, Saw this on UK Escorting - What do you guys think? you asked for an opinion and my opinion is that if it bothers you don't book her. I wouldn't like to speculate on what the spots might be so that's the only opinion I have. Though having said that I should reiterate that I would've by-passed the profile if I'd seen it.
