No, filming is included in the price - that was something else I liked about her. She says that on her profile and like everything else that's on there, she means it. I've met lots of girls who advertise filming but simply refuse at the meet and clearly never offer it to anyone. I've emailed more to check they actually mean they offer filming when it's in their like list and loads don't, or say they do but quote a huge mark-up ie they don't really want to do it but use the suggestion they do as a hook to get us in. Lisa couldn't have come across as more pleased that I wanted to film and as I said above helped me no end to leave with some top notch selfie-porn.
I can't remember if she asked what I wanted it for but I always assure the women I meet that the video is for personal use only and won't be published, regardless of whether they ask. It's the decent thing to do and unless agreed with the person in question, publishing such footage would be wholly wrong. I also offer to send them anonymised clips or stills.
And yes she was tanned but can't help you on the foot front, not in my repertoire of interests. They certainly weren't minging though otherwise I'd have noticed lol
