I used to think before I even started punting I had issues.
I usually pop quite quickly, and it then takes me a while to get back up to speed but I most likley pop twice during an hour punt.
Two things I've learned since punting (as said above):
1. Don't put pressure on yourself, if it happens it happens, don't worry if it don't; and
2. Tell her. I always say I'll pop quickly and it'll then take me while for the next pop. They usually reply with a quip to say "well, that's a challenge".
