No, the rights you have with PayPay by paying through PayPay.   

PayPal totally sucks after they introduced new identity checking rules to have an account. Highly unlikely a WG would want one. Bitcoin would only be necessary if punting became illegal and all banknotes became traceable, like Euros.

There are still other occupations that are cash based. Mobile hairdresser, pet groomer, sole trader market stall holder, domestic cleaner will largely be cash based.

Over the years, a couple of SPs have told me that they adopt the persona of a beauty therapist/hairdresser with their bank etc - seems fair enough to me. If the bank asks, she can say that she was making my cock look nice and beautiful
