What is with all these £100 half hour rates?

Keep seeing girls around Chesterfield on AW with 30 mins rate of £100 and then an hour ranging from £150 to £200, are they mad? Couple of examples:

I never pay more than £120 per hour because despite what some of these delude girls think, price is no indication of quality.

I caved in a couple of times and went over my 120 limit. I'm not saying that the girls weren't any good... just that they weren't any better. I'd certainly never pay £100 for 30 minutes. £60 seems fair.... £70 at a push. £100¿?¿?  Who the hell can justify £3.33 every minute. Even if she's only out of the room for three minutes to stash the cash - that time just cost you £10!

I think these girls are thinking short term. A punter paying £100 for 30 minutes is going to have very high expectations. Maybe too high. The point is that if you pay that much, you're likely to be far less tolerant of even mediocre service. You're going to expect 'outstanding' and feel let down if you don't get it. That in turn is more likely to leed to neutral or negative reviews.
If I paid £50 and got an average blow job, then that's sort of what I'm expecting. If I pay £100 and get the same blow job, I'm going to be pissed off.

The answer is not to book these SPs at this rate. A dusty phone is the surest way to bringing rates down. While there are mugs prepared to pay it then they will be those happy to exploit them.

I agree Mike. But there are a few people out there who come on these threads and stand up for the stupid prices! Arguments like 'if you can't afford it - don't see the girl'.  It's not a case of what each punter can afford. It's trying to get the message out that the prices are ridiculous. Once a small number of the girls put their prices up, the rest follow.
5 years ago, 100 was an average hourly rate. Now, we're heading towards it being the new average for 30 minutes!
If you look at the EM review board, there are a lot of Red reviews up now. Prices may be going up, but service standards evidently aren't.

A valid point. I first saw this topic come up on pchat years ago and it is still relevant today. The girls will always try to charge as much as they can get away with.  Extras are just another cost to the punter.  I feel girls are moving away from FS to massage and yet still charging the same for a significantly less service.

I doubt it will happen but the only way to stop these ridiculous prices is for guys to think with their brains rather than their dicks and stay clear of SPs who charge ridiculous amounts.   I earn a little over the minimum wage so SPs are getting many times my hourly rate.

I'm lucky I guess I can (still) get plenty at Home, so the idea of paying £100 + extras for a 30 minute booking is ludicrous. 
No value whatsoever, anything more than £60 or 70 is madness.
Prefer to keep the money in my Pocket, so agree let's just boycott them,
in this situation a Dusty Phone is very hard to ignore

I've pushed to £80 in the past. But even that is painful to hand over. £60/70 is what you target now for regular punts.

I'm lucky that a lot of my trips to the Midlands land me around the Mansfield or North Notts area. Chelsea is still £100 for an hour so I'd rather book her and put up with her erratic timekeeping.
I'd agree with you though. £60 is about right.... £70 at a push....

I have a self imposed ban and it works for me 

£60 half hour (will go to £70 if the SP has excellent reviews)

£100 hour (will go to £120 if the SP has excellent reviews)

I don't budge from this for anyone, I'd rather travel that bit further and spend more on travel cost's and have my time with an escort who has the principle to keep her pricing structure realistic without adding the fuckin extra's on, as this seems to be on the increase now.

I can't recall paying above my limits so my due dilligence has paid off and long may it continue.

I've noticed that massage only girls are charging a minimum of £80 for 30 minutes nowadays whereas in the recent past it was £50 or £60 for 30 minutes.
