second visit to this girl. my first visit to her 2 months ago was actually ok. however this time around, 6am this morning thurs 24th november, hands over money, £30, she disappears off to put money away, next thing i hear is "what you doing home?" yep its the old boyfriend just come home unexpected trick. boyfriend walks in, "whats going on here?" - i just get up and walk out, fists clenched ready to defend myself if i have to, (no need to defend myself , obviously as this in my mind is 99.9% a pre-planned, pre-meditated set-up)

my taste in girls requires improvement i admit it!

however i do permanent nights travelling around as an engineer and im always looking out for girls available at all strange times of the night or early morning, and so my choice becomes really limited. she just happened to be in the area i was in, and available at the time i needed, 6am.

Do you know for a fact that they dont?

I was told a while ago by someone that worked in HMRC that they do follow up every lead. Its possible that this has changed recently. I know someone that has just retired from working there. Out of curiosity, I'll ask him.

I've been told by the guy that has just left HMRC that they will look into a case if they can bring it to a successful conclusion. Whether that will work with this scammer or not, I dont know. Many years ago, I was a victim of the same scam. I did report it to the police as they were doing this scam from the street nightly, as I saw her at it and I spoke to another victim. They said that there was nothing that they could do as it was a transaction. Maybe the law has changed as I've read elsewhere on this site about a similar case where the police were interested as it was ''obtaining money by deception.''

I did report it to the Inland Revenue (before HMRC) at the time, saying that they were making a lot of money at it, and they were very interested. I got the feeling that they were going to pursue it. She disappeared from the street shortly afterwards.
