Just noticed when I'm scrolling through AV emails that beside the ladies name there is her review rating and then on some of the ladies also ave a extra (AV)

"curvyjoy (0) (AV) "

Dose any one know what the AV stands for??

A guess..... Adultwork Verified? Not  sure though. Maybe it's to assure punters that a zero feedback girl is at least verified.

Thanks but i don't think its that as its also next to some one ive emailed who is not verified

its strange as it only in my sent mail lists and not next to the ladies names in inbox mail or all correspondence mail

I am seeing (AV) next to nicknames, what does it mean?

In three specific places you may see the letters "AV" appearing after a member's ratings number.

The three places are:

Your Emails Page
 
When viewing an email from another member.
 
Your Escort Bookings Page
 
These letters indicate that the member in question has no ratings but has age verified with us using an electoral roll lookup or credit check.

Obviously the ratings system is key to helping you verify other members, but new members are often at a disadvantage and having age verified in this way may provide an extra level of comfort or assurance.

Note: AV will only appear for members that have no ratings or feedback.

I've mentioned this before, the signing up procedure must be much less forgiving now, I've met plenty who are clearly older than their profile suggests and have been the same age for a couple of years at least, yet was told by one newer girl that she had to show her passport to sign up and her age auto updates every birthday.

Rules are different for non UK nationals when they sign up to AW.

I had a birthday recently and my AW profile auto-updated.

However there is an option to change your birthday in the Personal Details part of the profile editor, so people who aren't ageing or ageing more slowly will be making those changes manually

Its a shame that AW don't make that compulsory for all existing members too as i to have visited ladies only to find out there more than 10yrs older than there profile states
