Well 'Gaz' has just PM'ed me to say he's been stealing your Wifi (which is a criminal offence in the UK that people have been convicted for).

I'm not sure how the tech works but if the IP address shows the WGs postcode then we might have an answer.

AFAIK you can identify the provider from the IP address but not the exact postcode, unless you're the government or the police. Anyway, much though I was tempted by the original review, after Admin's intervention and explanation for me this case is closed.
