I had a bad experience with her...well two.

I booked an appointment and arrived, gave her a call and she double booked. It wasn't a huge issue for me because i was already in the Jewellery Quarter.

So about 1 year after I try again...she asks me on the phone if I have seen her before, I answer "no"...then it gets to the location and i said "I know where it is because you cancelled on me previously due to double booking"

I tried to book this cunt a few weeks back but was told she couldn't go through with the booking as she had another appointment.
