Vegas is easy. I'm an old hand at the city. But I imagine its gonna be tougher this year with the online advertising ban, but Vegas will always be Vegas and the city is built on everyone being a degen.
If you spend some time alone at the main central bar playing video poker (put in $20, you'll get a free drink (but remember to tip) and just bet the minimum). Usually a young working girl will be around you in no time. They will try and hard sell you but be firm and usually $250 gets you an hour of their time. Be sure to confirm everything in advance, as a regular trick of theirs is to go 'oh, the $200 was just to come back to your room, nothing else'.
You could go to the legal brothels, but they are a bit expensive. Probably looking at 400-500 an hour and they are 45 mins to an hour away. Some really hot girls there tho and if safety and security is a concern then you won't find a safer punt.
For a quick punt then can try an Asian Massage Parlour. Some of these are just HJs but some will do full service. HJ should be 40 for the massage and 20-40 extra for the happy ending. Think a full service one is Japanese Spa on Spring Mountain Road, looking at 200 or so all in.
A lot of the strippers will do extras too, so build up a rapport with them and tip well and they will give you their number. Probably the best way to guarantee a hot girl to your liking with a certain 'try before you buy' approach at 20 bucks a dance.
I'm too old for the clubs now, but I know that a lot of the younger guys clean up with the big mega clubs in Caesars and MGM etc for 25 year old American girls.
