Diamonds...poor booking performance

Visiting the NE today, so made a booking with Olga at Diamonds for 11am, about an hour after my flight landed...perfect I thought, plenty of time to get into Newcastle, have a good time and then over to Durham. Just by coincidence, I checked Diamonds calendar on Thursday and low and behold, it shows Olga as off today.
So, emailed them and sure enough, Olga is off and my booking was no longer valid...nice of them to tell me I thought !
So, checked again and saw Jessica (decent review on here) was available from 10:00am, so plan B was put into action and I booked with her at 11am. Called when my flight landed at 10am this morning and was told "she's not starting until 12pm"...again, nice of them to tell me as apparently they had known this yesterday, but by this time I had no plan C !!
Just wanted a bit of a bitch and moan really...but not impressed with Diamonds at the moment. Money in wallet and no-one to spend it on

It's a bugger though to make plans and then suffer cancellations!

Its not good to be mucked about but expecting good customer service from them like you detail is unfortunately in reality never going to happen. The sex business is a shifty place so always expect to be let down and have plans a to z if your that desperate. If antonia has any slots left today i would recommend seeing her.

Sorry to hear it didn't happen for you. As has been said: standard practice and occupational hazard of using this agency. Never too sure if it's the agency or the girls at fault though...

It's been well documented in this forum and other similar sites for years now.

Boycott them and they might try to improve.

Having said that, it's only fair that you speak as per your own personal experiences with them.

But the other way to look at the issue the OP faced was, it would have been the girl who suddenly decided not to come to work today and cancelled at the last moment. And with Jessica doing similar to start later. So its not exactly Diamonds fault as they would have wanted them to both work at the times they had on the site.

If Diamonds had of messaged the OP to say the girl you booked is no longer available as she has phoned in sick. Many would complain they are sending out unsolicited messages that breaches confidentiality/discretion.

From what I've read about Olga you were lucky she cancelled tbh.

Diamonds have cancelled on me 3 times and they've texted me to let me know every time.

Hmmm that's an interesting point Anth. I've gone on record to say I don't mind being texted at any time, I'd be interested in hearing what those in the other camp think. Would everyone be ok with the agency texting you to cancel?

Should not be a problem with a punting phone/e-mail. The sooner the cancellation is passed on the easier it would be to sort out a replacement.

Poor communication (not just diamonds) seems to be happening a lot recently, seems to have been loads of comments about this over the last few months.

That would be fine by me and the earlier the better.Having been texted by them while whiling away the last 5mins before knocking on the door to say that the girl had cancelled and later finding out from her that she had told them 2 hours previous it would have saved me an hours trip and £10 in fuel.
I wouldn't personally class those sort of texts as unsolicited as they are for a current booking that's in place.

If the agency knows that a booking will not go ahead then the onus is on them to discreetly contact the client, especially if the girl hasn't given them much advance notice.

Anything else is bad business practice, end of.

Thanks for all the feedback...back down south now with a full wallet (phnar, phnar  )
Have already got a booking down here for tomorrow with a Plan B, C and D 
TBH, if Diamonds had sent me a text or an email then I would have appreciated it...at least it would have given me more time to sort something out (as they knew on Friday that Jessica wasn't starting until 12pm on Saturday !!)

Answer: from 2.30 onwards

Me: is any girl free 12-2 tomorrow

Answer: look at the website for who's free and where
